These two pictures I took during a Vodou ceremony in Cerca Carvejal, Haiti, several months ago. At right is a Vodou alter, and left was the ceremony itself, held inside the Bocor's (Vodou Preist's) house. Vodou is an ingrained concept and part of everyday life, although many people might not readily admit to it.
